Question: What do you do to soothe your mind & body?
So, to soothe my mind and body I um...
I really like to bake, it's like therapy for me.
I like to do things like go to the beach
or go to the top of like Bernal Heights, or Portrero Hill.
Um, ride my bike somewhere.
Those are the best.
I like to take a cold shower.
Make tea, put on some candles,
and braid my hair.
Walk.
I play guitar.
Write a song about the stressful experience
and vent about my feelings, it makes me feel a lot better.
