Our rice has come to a boil so I'm going to turn our back heater to about four, then we're
going to put a top on and we're going to let that simmer for about fifteen or until all
the juice is just about evaporated. Alright, now we're going to prepare our eight spices.
The first thing we're going to do is chop up basil. We want this in nice, small pieces.
Then we're going to measure out a teaspoon each of salt, of garlic powder, of chili powder, of cayenne pepper, add the same amount of
paprika,
black pepper, and we'll add a teaspoon of brown sugar and our basil and then we'll stir this all
together.
