It wraps up Transgender Awareness Week with a reading of names of people who died this
year.
A Pennsylvania pastor was found ‘guilty’ and temporarily suspended yesterday for officiating
at his son’s same sex wedding.
He was warned that if he tried to officiate at another gay marriage, he would be defrocked.
The promoter of Lady Gaga’s 2012 Russian tour has been fined for promoting gay lifestyles.
A complaint was filed by the mother of a 13-year-old girl who attended her concert.
Some of Peru’s top celebrities have posed as gay couples for a poster campaign to fight
homophobic violence.
The posters are on show throughout the capital, Lima, with the slogan ‘Love is not a crime.’
And finally, CNN has offered gay journalist Don Lemon his own show, starting in December.
Lemon joins an increasing selection of *** news anchors, including Anderson Cooper, Rachel
Maddow and Jenna Wolfe - not to mention yours truly!
