Okay let's see how our crotons are doing. Oh, gorgeous. They're browning really well.
I just want to turn it over. See how it's getting brown on that side there. You can
turn it over. Now if you're adventurous, I'm using a tongs, but you know, it will go faster,
it's hot, but you can turn them quickly with your fingers, like so. Some of them you can
even just turn on the side and not over because you want to get them brown on all sides if
possible. Hot, hot, hot, hot, careful, careful, careful. Did I get them all? Couple more here.
And don't be afraid to taste one in between. Oh, these are really good. Okay, but, okay,
so we're going to put them in the over for another five minutes and when that's done,
