Soon the local iwi of Ngai Tahu
will prepare to welcome England to the RWC.
We now cross live to Dunedin to our reporter Irena Smith.
England isn't the only thing entertaining the locals.
A haka peep show also has them excited.
This is a different look at the haka,
it's an idea Rachael Rakena has made a reality.
This is a haka peep show,
an idea that ordinates from *** peep shows.
The physical structure is likened to male genitals.
Haka experts have gladly contributed to the show
and support the cause.
I was a little uneasy about the project,
but after it was explained to me I changed my mind.
The haka peep show is located in the middle of Dunedin,
for visitors of the world to see.
The Ngai Tahu council support this.
Predominant characters in this show case will illustrate
the importance of the haka to the world.
For all to see the essence of the haka to the indigenous people
and so people don't think that haka is only for the sports field.
The show will open this Friday and will be accompanied by a haka.
It's open to residents and families for the duration of the RWC.
At this stage the students of Kings And Queens high school
are preparing for England's welcome.
The welcome will include Maori athlete Shontayne Hape
who is part of the England side.
Irena Smith, from Dunedin, thank you for that report.
