DEVELOPMENT HAS RENOVATED

NOW THIS ONE WILL BE ON THE
MARKET FOR A PRICE OF 55-
THOUSAND DOLLARS. BUT TO THE
NEIGHBORHOOD IT'S WORTH A LOT
MORE. WE'VE SEEN A LOT OF
RENOVATION IN THE HOUSES
NEARBY BECAUSE IT GIVES
NEIGHBORS THE CONFIDENCE TO
INVEST IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD
BECAUSE THEY SEE GOOD THINGS
HAPPENING. LORETTA CAN SEE
ALL THOSE GOOD THINGS WHEN SHE
