I'm Dr Ravindra Nath Sahay. I'm a professor here in this medical college, in the department
of Internal Medicine. Now what we focus on here is making diagnoses not so much based
on technology but technology as supplement to clinical findings and initially make a
clinical diagnosis which is corroborated by the investigations. So here there is just
a demonstration of some important clinical signs. For example, when you are examining
the nervous system, or the cardiovascular system we have some recordings on, some demonstrations
on the jugular venous pressure. How you examine for that, how you elicit signs to diagnose
a neurological case from upper motor neurone signs which will be of benefit to graduate
students in medicine.
