Hi, my name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village I'll be showing you how
to make chile rellenos. Stuffing the Chiles: Now it's time to stuff the chiles. Begin with
the meat suffing. Be careful because the soft roasted chiles are easily torn. Use a spoon
to help you, portion out some of the stuffing and fill the chiles. It's easy to stuff your
chiles just by using your hands, you can use your hands to squeeze in the stuffing through
the slit. When you are finished with these chiles, do the same with the remaining chiles
but with cheese. Don't stuff them so much that the slit cann't be closed.
