On Assignment with Jeffrey Moss
Hi I'm Jeffrey Moss on assignment for PotteryBarn.
One of my favorite things about working as a stylist on a Pottery Barn photo shoot 0:00:12.689,0:00:15.859 is that we travel to inspiring places to capture seasonal mood.
Fall for Pottery Barn is inspired by the earth
and splendor of wine growing regions around the world and we travel to one of the greats the Napa Valley.
The Model Bakery has been a bakery since the 1920's. Oh. So we are almost 100 years old.
Here they the english muffins. They are grilled in corn meal, fried in clarified butter.
One of things we decorated with for Pottery Barn Fall season was these beautiful boards like this that was inspired by the real deal.
And here it is.
I'm going to go from 07 to 08 to the handcrafted
limited edition. This is my favorite varietal. Hmmm. St. SupŽry of course.
This house was built in 1882
By a man named Atkinson. ohhh.
But look at the old trunk. Yeah every thing here is authentic for the period.
I love how these pictures are hung like this.
Okay were gonna pop into Artefact Design and Salvage. This is one of my favorites stores in the country.
Not sure what to do with your empty oversized pot? Fill it with bowling balls. Come on over here more polished rocks these are this petrified wood
and I used this in one of the shots for Pottery Barn. Look at these here. Monkey apples. 0:01:35.619,0:01:42.319 Slag glass. look at this tall stack of chairs it goes all the way to the ceiling. We've done Artefact now we are going over to Zipper.
which is the other half of my secret equation.
These have been in Pottery Barn shots before
both these boxes have been.
And it's easy through out the day to find great food.
Our favorite way of ending the day after a shooting is to come here to the cellar of Martini House. This is where they have their Kobi beef burger
that is famous around town. I am going to have a quick look at the menu. But I know what I'm going to have.
