Hi my name is Lori with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas on behalf of Expert Village today we
are going to show you how to make a entire Thanksgiving meal. Next after I have chopped
my celery I'm going to go ahead and chop the onions. I'm just going to do a small dice
on the onions I'm going to do this by removing the base and then here I'm going to go ahead
and remove this top here. But I want to make sure that this is the root here, I want to
make sure that stays together cause as I slice my onions it is going to hold the onions together.
Once I do that I'm going to remove the skin from the onion. Like so. I'm going to go ahead
and get my other onion ready to go.
