Welcome to 953395 7th Line
Mono. We're in the county of Dufferin in the municipality of Mono.
This is a beautiful eighteen and a half acre property we're set well back from
the road, we're about five minutes to
Airport Road and Highway 9 and a couple minutes down to the village of
Hockley.
The eighteen and a half acres has a lovely buried topography before we go to
the back
and walk in the woods I wanted to tell you a little bit more about the overall

Now Mono township has a lot of conservation control measures

We're about a third of the way back into the woods now,
and you can see the property owner has beautiful carved
walking trails and they carry throughout the eighteen acres. Now
because of the size of this property we actually do qualified here for the
managed Forest Tax Incentive Program and what that means as the property owner
is that you put forward your application once a year to the Ministry of Natural
Resources,
and you can qualify for 25 percent exemption on your municipal tax. You can
see in my hand here I just picked this up
lots of wildlife last year this is a wild turkey feather
and throughout these woods the deer are everywhere.
So just before we head into the house I have to tell you there's apple trees wild
apple trees all throughout this acreage. And in behind the house is actually
a number of apple trees and a couple a pear trees
is as a country property owner is that
all winter long,
the animals come to eat these apples. The deer will scratch them out of the ice
and they'll reach whatever is remaining on the tree it's pretty fascinating to
watch it from here
I can see the kitchen window.
This is a three plus one bedroom bungalow I'm standing in the living room
and you can see how bright and spacious it is.
The house is configured North-South so I'm facing South in this direction with a
double door
out from the dining room onto the deck. The kitchen is just in behind me here
and the bedrooms are running across the back of the house.
