apply to your movie is a freeze frame.
In the Project Browser, I have a clip that is a pan
of the EIU library quad.
As I skim this clip, I will stop the mouse pointer at
the point I would like to add a Freeze Frame.
Next, I'll Control-Click.
From the shortcut menu, I'll choose Add Freeze Frame.
The clip containing the frame is split in two and the
freeze frame appears to be a separate clip between them.
Looks are deceiving here because the entire clip
will play continuous.
Transitions cannot be added on either side of
the freeze frame clip.
By default, the freeze frame clip will be four seconds long.
You can change the default length in the Timing pane
of the Properties window.
