Welcome to Expert Village. I'm Tina Anderson and we are on the playground, for playground
fitness. For show number 3 we are going to focus on lower body. Now why is lower body
so important? Because your major muscles are here along with your back muscles. What does
that mean? That means if you work your lower body muscles you?re going to burn more calories.
Takes more energy to move the bigger muscles. Here is something you may be thinking; I don't
work my legs and butt. I don't want to get my butt and legs any bigger. That's really
a fallacy. I'll show you today that you can do a lot of movement, burn calories, get your
hear rate going and not worry about looking like you took a shot of testosterone, or your
on some kind of anabolic steroids. I know you've probably heard that before. I'll tell
you how that happens; with drugs or heavy weights. We?re not doing that with playground
fitness. What we are going to show you is lots of exercises that you can incorporate
into your circuits or your individual routines to help you burn calories, increase your metabolism,
burn body fat and get a more sculpted look for your legs and butt. I'm Tina Anderson
