>> Jessie Ware: This time last year I was putting out my first singles which was Running and really just establishing myself as a solo artist kind of stepping away from dance vocals now you know, a year on I am up for two Brits and Iíve had my album out and I was up for the Mercuryís, it feels all too good to be true really.
I think is so important to encourage the next generation, it can never not help to have people feeling like they are on your side when you are feeling quite nervous about being an emerging artist.
Iím not fair a Brit Award for best break through and thatís come from support for all over whether it will be platforms such as Bacardi or Radio Play.
And also is exiting people always feel really excited if they feel they have discover an artist.
>> DJ Fresh: I think itís really important that artist support, you know, new people that people havenít heard of. The thing is that if you work with people that already known all the time everything becomes a bit stale.
People like music to change, they like see it progress.
>> Iggy Azalea: I think it is essential, especially when are in my position. I think it always going to have all the people and mentors sort of, give their stamp of approval on what you are doing, it means a lot to me.
>> DJ Fresh: Iggy is really great, and hearing a lot of her stuff there is a really big buzz about her over here, and people are known in America as well. She is one of those a few artistsí at the moment that looks prime to be really big in 2013.
>> Iggy Azalea: Iím going to perform my first single which is Work and thatís just like a, itís a really musical song, starts of kind of you think itís like a ballad and then it gets crazy dance tracking. You got to get the people going.
>> Jessie Ware: My advice to people trying to break into music I think, try and try and try again, because I know how awful some of my demos at the beginning were, and I think you learn from those, it is very much trial and error.
>> DJ Fresh: For upcoming people I would say, stick to your guns, stick to what you good at, believe in yourself, donít take no for an answer and be realistic as well with your expectations and just do everything you could do to stand out and get noticed with your music.
