Sofia Milos: Hi, I'm Sofia Milos.
Markie Post: Hi, I'm Markie Post.
Jane Kaczmarek: I'm Jane Kaczmarek and you're watching The Mother Nature Network.
Alison Brie: Hi, I'm Alison Brie and my green tip is to shop green! Shop vintage! Reuse
old sweaters. Shop Deborah Lindquist. Use/reuse old fabrics. Look in friends' closets. Go
to those vintage stores. Reuse.
Annie Wersching: Hi, this is Annie Wersching from "24" and my green tip of the day is to,
whenever you can, wear vintage. Wear clothes from the 1960s. Yeah?
Sofia Milos: Hi, I'm Sofia Milos and my green tip is that I'm sure that you'll find something
in your closet to bring down the temperature in your body or to bring it up — don't go
for the AC or the heaters. Save it.
Markie Post: Hi, I'm Markie Post and my green tip for you is make your own clothes. I made
everything I'm wearing — except for this jacket, which was made by Armani, I have to
admit — but it saves in pollution, in factories, in uh, in waste. Because you can repurpose
your old clothes, make them into new clothes or you can start over like I did and go to
Mood, go downtown to the fabric district and buy it for a dollar a pound. And create something
that you love and that fits you. That's my tip!
Jane Kaczmarek: I'm Jane Kaczmarek and my green tip is for people to go to clothesoffourback.org
and buy wonderful celebrity clothing and celebrity memorabilia that's being recycled, of course,
because you'll purchase it and the money will go to children's charities.
