Hi! My name is Denise Bennett and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. This is a standard
grapefruit. This is really healthy for the body, cleansing. Don't dump sugar all over
your grapefruit. I think this is fine. It's got a little bruise on it. These are nice.
Keep in mind that you want to start the morning off with fruit. Don't go heavy on your breakfast.
Fruit is generally said that fruit is the best thing in the morning and you don't have
to eat at 7 in the morning. In fact, your body is probably still detoxing till about
noon. Hold off as long as you can. You have fasted. If you don't think that you like fasting,
you already did. Break-fast. Breakfast. I think I like this one a little bit more. There's
color on here. It's a nice beautiful color here. Start off you money with something as
gentle for the body as possible. A lot of water content, so this is nice breakfast item.
