It's nice being in a quiet community, in the community really
rally's around this school, I think.
For example Curry Football,
everybody in the Milton community is really into Curry Football
and you'l see people from the community and children from the community at the Football games.
So,
it really is kind of it's own little
corner of Massachusetts that's also very close to the city.
Milton is a small community
right in the suburbs of Boston, it has the Blue Hills right down the street
for skiing and for some horse
riding stables just down the road.
A lot of convenient things as far as shopping and entertainment just within the
local area,
but it does have a nice safe feel to it, so even if Boston is a
stone's throw away; Milton is a great warm community where students actually sometimes
get involved in working; doing internships
internships in the local
hospital or working in the local schools, and feel really connected to the
small town environment that we have here.
Curry has by virtue of it's location, the best of both worlds.
We are literally seven miles from one of the greatest cities in the world,
and perhaps the greatest college town in the world, Boston.
Yet, we're in a beautiful vibrant town
where students can participate, not only in Boston, but in Milton and all across
the South Shore.
Be at Milton hospital, our relationship with the town,
youth sports groups, schools.
It's been a wonderful and symbiotic relationship.
We're proud to be located in Milton, Massachusetts.
