With landings off of higher drops that you don't exactly have to roll on, you should
roll on basically anything that is over your height and that's just a basic rule. So with
your landings on objects that are a little higher, you're going to want to get kind of
a wide base, you want to land right on your toes, not on the top of your toes, right on
the ball of your feet. You don't want your heels to actually come in contact with the
ground and you're going to land with your hands right here right in the middle and it's
going to take a little bit of the pressure off. You don't want your knees too wide, because
that's going to cause tearing in through here and in your knees. Generally when you land
you want to be crouched over a little bit and you don't want to do, you want to just
do just a little bit more than a 90 degree angle with your knee, because you start to
get into some type of tearing and stress on the knees that you really don't want, now
in Parkour you're going to have stress on anyway. But this is to help you prevent and
you're just going to land here, put your hands down and that's basically one of the best
landings you can do.
