Chelsea Pines Inn is a 22-room urban bed and breakfast right
in the heart of the meat packing district, Chelsea, in
Greenwich Village.
In today's world, there are many, many sources to find a
place like Chelsea Pines, and because of AdWords Express, we
get out to more and more people all over the world.
This is New York City, famous for its walk-up buildings, and
we are one of them.
One of the things that people can do, of course, is put in
words like "guesthouse in New York City," or "meat packing
district hotel," up we pop.
Although we're booked a fair amount of the time, we do have
walk-in guests periodically.
And they'll come in, smartphone in hand, saying, I
just Googled you, have you got any rooms for tonight?
I think one of the best things about AdWords Express is that
we have the flexibility of budgeting what we need, when
we can, as we need to, and that works really,
really well for us.
One of the things we can do, of course, is look at the
dashboard and see how many impressions we've had and,
most importantly, how those impressions lead to contact,
and then even how many people take action, which is
fantastic for us.
We're celebrating our 25th anniversary this year.
