You had a loved one that died during a recent dialysis in Texas? Do you have a case? I'm
Sean Jez with Fleming, Nolan & Jez. The first thing you need to know is what product was
used during their dialysis? If your loved one was using Granuflo during their dialysis,
you may have a case -- that's step one. Step #2: did your loved one die from a sudden cardiac
event? When I say a sudden cardiac event, I don't mean a mild cardiac infarction or
a heart attack. I'm talking about an erythema of the heart. An erythema of the heart is
when the heart goes out of sync and doesn't beat properly. In fact, it doesn't even beat
when you have an erythema, it just kind of shakes and quivers and blood isn't pumped
through the body. So if your loved one suffered from an erythema or a defibrillation, you
may have a case. The third thing is did your loved one die within 72 hours of having the
dialysis done on them? So if they died within 72 hours of having a dialysis procedure done,
they used Granuflo and they suffered from an atrial fibrillation or an erythema of the
heart, you may have a case. So if those three apply to you and you have questions, pick
up the phone and give me a call. I'm Sean Jez with Fleming, Nolan & Jez and thank you.
