Hi, I'm Akshay and I'm a Leap Motion developer.
Working on the Leap has been tons of fun. I first starting learning Java this Septmeber, and
since then I haven't been able to get enough of it.
So when I read about the Leap Motion sensor on IGN,
I really couldn't wait to get my hands on one.
The documentation is really good, which makes it accessible, but the code is still one hundred
percent my own.
So this first program that I wrote gives me complete control over the mouse. I can move it around
on screen simply by pointing to where I want it to be.
If I move close enough to the screen it locks in place, and then clicks if
I move it even closer.
To right click, all I need to do is pop my thumb out to the side when the mouse is locked.
Scrolling is also really easy. You just need to hold your thumb out when the mouse isn't locked, and then just move your hand
up and down.
So that's what I've been working on so far, but let me know in the comments section down below if you
have any ideas on where I should take this in the future.
Thank you so much for watching, and I really hope you enjoyed this video.
