JUSTIN WILSON: Good evening, everyone. This is Asea Regional Vice President of Europe,
Justin Wilson. And I'd like to extend a big welcome to all of our Asea Associates all
over Europe. This is our very first official Asea European
In Touch call. And this call will happen every month, and will give you the opportunity to
connect with the leaders of the company. This call will occur in English, and then will
be translated and available in your language within a few days of the live call.
Listen, everyone, I cannot fully express how excited I am for tonight's call. Because we
will have the opportunity to hear from our founder and CEO Tyler Norton, as well as the
President of Asea, Jarom Webb. Let me just take a minute and briefly review
the agenda that you can expect tonight. You will be able to hear the vision of our founders
for Asea in Europe. You'll also receive a recap of the exciting announcements made during
the Unity Tour all over Europe. You'll also receive key updates from our president, Jarom
Webb, and then some special new announcements at the end of this call that you will not
want to miss. So let's get this call started off right.
I'd like to introduce our CEO and founder, Tyler Norton. Tyler?
TYLER NORTON: Yes, Justin. I'm here, and I join with you in welcoming all of our dear
friends and Associates across all of Europe, to the first ever European In Touch webinar
this evening. We're so grateful to be with you, and so grateful for your incredible contribution
to the cause and movement of Asea. Justin, the Unity Tour was in fact an unprecedented
success in Europe, and really in our company's history. It for me was inspiring to see these
huge events where thousands of Associates from around Europe gathered in Slovenia, Hungary,
Italy, Ireland, Germany and even up into Norway, which was a real delight for us to be there
with them. And the buzz and energy that we could feel in the room from all of you, from
all of our dear Associates in Europe, was palpable and incredibly inspiring.
I have so many wonderful memories of this tour. I have a memory of being in Slovenia,
overlooking the Adriatic Sea at that beautiful hotel, where hundreds and hundreds of us gathered
together, sharing personal testimonials and experiences about Asea. I have memories of
shaking the hands of so many people in Hungary, in Ireland, and in all of these different
events, and looking into their eyes and sensing their gratitude and excitement and enthusiasm
to be part of this great movement. And I will never forget the experiences I've had throughout
that Unity Tour, and want to thank all of you for participating in it, and inviting
others to join with us there. It truly was an incredible experience.
The momentum generated by that tour has already propelled us, and will continue to propel
us, to a record-breaking year in 2013. And we're confident that this really represents
just the beginning, as we continue to lay a foundation now for even further growth all
throughout Europe this year and into the coming years ahead.
We made some incredible announcements at the Unity Tour event that are a big part of our
plan for that kind of long term and sustainable growth. And it's my privilege today and tonight
to have those shared with you by our president, Jarom Webb. And no person in this company
has more impact and effect on the overall end to end workings of Asea that Jarom Webb.
He's someone I admire and respect greatly and deeply, and is one of the unsung heroes
who quietly goes about making sure the operations, the commissions, the development of our product,
and shipping and virtually every part of this business that you touch and see every day,
is really under his direction. And it's my great privilege to just welcome him to the
call and turn some time to him. So Jarom, it's all yours.
JAROM WEBB: Thank you so much, Tyler. And hello to my European friends. It is such a
privilege to be with you on this call this evening.
I want to echo Tyler's comments regarding the Unity Tour. What a great, great event,
and truly one of the great events in our company's history.
You know, I think about just a few months ago we celebrated our one year anniversary
of our entrance into Europe. And when I think about this, and all the amazing growth that
has taken place in the last year, it truly, truly is amazing. And it gets me excited about
the great work that is going on in Europe, and the great work that is yet to come.
You know, our founders have a great vision for this company, to take this product and
technology across the globe, to those people who so desperately need it. And it truly is
coming to pass, this vision, in Europe. And you know, the Unity Tour was a celebration
in part of our one year anniversary in Europe and the great work that's going on. And as
Tyler mentioned, we made some exciting announcements on the Unity Tour that really lay the groundwork
for huge growth and opportunity in Europe. And I'd like to take an opportunity and recap
those announcements that we made. First, we announced the opening of two new
European markets: Sweden and Belgium. Sweden and Belgium will become the newest markets
in the Asea family, with an official opening date of May 1st. Grand opening events for
these two markets will be held in Sweden on Saturday, June 8th, and in Belgium on Tuesday,
June 4th. We're very, very excited to welcome our Swedish and Belgium friends to the Asea
family, and we're very, very excited about these upcoming grand opening events, and hope
that those of our European friends that are in these markets and surrounding markets can
join us for these great, great grand opening events.
We are expanding our European staff on the ground there in Europe to help support you,
our Associates. We're adding additional resources to Justin's team. We announced on our European
tour that we'll be hiring a new regional sales manager as well as a marketing manager to
support the growth of Asea in Europe. We're excited about these two key positions, as
they will be very needed as we move forward. In addition, we announced country-specific
In Touch calls, to make sure that each Associate has access to relevant, timely information
about company programs and events. We will be holding these country-specific In Touch
calls, they will be conducted by Justin Wilson and his team. And details regarding times
and dates of these calls will be forthcoming. We're very excited to be announcing these
In Touch calls, and encourage each of you to plug into these phone calls.
We also announced on the Unity Tour the opening of a new distribution warehouse in Hungary
to serve Eastern Europe. The new warehouse was opened in March, and serves Hungary, Slovenia
and Austria. This new warehouse has allowed our Associates to save on shipping, reduced
transit times, and increased efficiency. And so were very excited about getting this warehouse
up and running to serve those Associates in Eastern Europe.
We also announced some pricing changes and a new shipping option to further reduce shipping
costs and pricing. So through the concerted effort of our supply chain team, who does
a phenomenal job to work and support Europe, Asea was excited to announce and offer reduced
overall shipping costs and corresponding shipping pricing in Europe. The savings will vary throughout
the various European markets. Asea also introduced a 4 case shipping option,
which provides signature shipping savings to our Associates in Europe. And if you want
more details regarding these pricing changes, as well as the 4 case shipping option, you
can contact our Associate support team for updated shipping and pricing.
We were also excited to announce a new Fast Start Bonus Program for our Associate friends
in the U.K. and Ireland. We were very, very excited about this program. We also, for our
Italian friends we re-introduced our Fast Start Program for the Italy market, and we
were very excited about that as well. Updates. We have made updates to the compensation
plan documents for these respective markets, and I would point you to the virtual office
for all the details regarding those new programs. We were very, very excited to be making these
announcements in Europe on the Unity Tour. And we are absolutely committed to each one
of you, our Associates, in supporting you and providing you with the tools and the programs
to be able to continue to share this wonderful story, this wonderful product and opportunity.
Asea has truly blessed the lives of thousands of people in Europe. And it really fills my
heart with gratitude for each one of you our Associates, and for the great work that you're
doing in sharing this great product and this great opportunity.
And it also gives me great excitement about the future. We have such a bright future in
Europe, thanks to you. We have so much work yet to be done. And we're partnering with
you. We're here to support you in that endeavor. I want to thank you so much for the opportunity
to allow me to share a few thoughts with you on this call this evening. Thank you for the
great work that each of you are doing. And I'm gonna go ahead and turn the call back
to Justin.
JUSTIN WILSON: Thank you, Jarom. I would love to echo your sentiments about
the bright future of Asea in Europe. As I've traveled throughout Europe over the last several
weeks I've run into some absolutely incredible people. When we share Asea with the world,
it's really done through each and every one of you. And it is incredible to be involved
with each of you in this great endeavor. Before I begin and share with you a special
announcement for tonight, I'd like to start with a small reminder of our Asea Founders
Club Promotion that is running right now. This is an actually promotion and very special,

one of the most beautiful cities in the United States, and has a tremendous amount to offer,
including incredible beaches and far, far more.

Let me explain how you can qualify to meet this promotion. This qualification period
will run from April 20th through July 26th. At the end of this period, you must have increased
your Cumulative Personal Group Volume through 4 levels -- or as I like to call it, PGV4
-- by at least 14,000 points. Here's how it works. We will first take a
look at the last 8 weeks of your business, to find a weekly average volume in your personal
sponsorship tree. We'll then take that amount and multiply that average by 14, to find what
your current average would be at the end of 14 weeks.
So as an example, let's say that you're averaging 1000 points a week right now in your personal
sponsorship tree. We take that and multiply it by 14, which gives you a 14 week average
of 14,000 points. Your goal is to increase that 14 week total by an additional 14,000
points. In this case, it would be a total PGV4, through 14 weeks, of 28,000 points.
If you complete this, you will be qualified for this incredible trip.
But wait just a minute, that's not all. If you stretch yourself just a little bit further,
and increase your PGV4 or Personal Group Volume through 4 levels by 18,000 points, you will
