When we play in the US I don't feel people understand what we're doing.
The Mexican or latino crowd understand the sounds we make.
Hello Monterrey.
Here it goes.
When we started making music we where living something similar in Tijuana.
I came to Tijuana right in the middle of the violence and executions.
That's what made the Macuanos project happen.
I feel Monterrey is going down the same road, people are sick of this, sick of the violence.
The infrastructure to support this kind of scene in Mexico doesn't exist.
And people aren't very open to new things.
We're not a protest band.
Right now is a good time to give people this message we have.
I don't wanna give up and say that we're not gonna keep going.
We play music for the dancefloor but our sound is also...
...Very apocalyptic.
It's relatable to what is happening now in Mexico.
