On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizabeth Muller and today we're making Chicken Fricassee
Spanish Style. Placing the tomato sauce in there. This is regular tomato sauce. We don't
want tomato paste. Some people make the mistake of buying tomato paste. Tomato paste is too
heavy, we want the sauce because it's nicer. So, I'm going to go ahead and do that. Then
I'm going to go ahead and put my spices in there one at a time. OK, so I'm going to proceed
to put in my steak seasoning because it has a lot of pepper in it. I like plenty of that
in here. So a full spoon full of the steak seasoning. Going to use oregano, another spoon
full of oregano. When you do this it might go all over the place, it's OK. I usually
just use my seasoning like this but I want to go ahead and show you more or less what
you can use so that way you get a better meal. Now I'm going to go to the cumin, also do
the same with the cumin.
