Living Blueprint
[Music]
>> David Childs:
>>A Living Blueprint really is a holistic approach to looking at your company. Instead
of looking at your company as all these segmented items while you have your brand, you have
your public relations, you have your social media, you have your marketing and you have
all these things, and your HR, and it's all separated. Your products and it's separated.
The fact is they are not separated. The fact is you should have one voice for your company
and then irresistible brand in a nutshell is when a viewer meets a brand and interacts
with it and they know what to do. You know what you want and you know why viewers are
there.
As they meet your brand with or without you in a picture, they can walk through and find
information they need clearly and quickly, and they understand why they want to phone
you.
What Living Blueprint does is very essence. Is it says, you know what, we're going to
pick one direction and instead of you are hiring 15 different companies, and having
15 different line items for your CFO to try and figure it out and then doing hopelessly
trying to defend why they are going in different directions and hopelessly trying to make a
look like one direction, which usually isn't.
It's much better to work with a strategic company and build what we call, Living Blueprint.
The goal over the course of year is to gain public trust to us to get people believe and
to make a movement to get your brand to be emotional, so people look at it and they feel
something.
Because if nobody feels something about your brand, you'll become a commodity and when
you become commodity, you start bidding or you start competing on the price.
A great brand gets attention
but irresistible brand, keeps it.
