People are so attached to positivity and being happy
that they're very scared to let themselves be sad. I really try to take
care of my sadness
like it's a little kid. You know, this is my little child inside me and she
just wants to cry right now, so I'm gonna let her,
I'm gonna tell her it's okay, I'm gonna say: "I know you're sad,
and that is awful, whatever that person did I know it's uncomfortable,
and you're okay and it's okay to be sad." I think
the most important thing is to not reject
your sadness, is to not reject your pain, and to actually be able to stop,
and sit, and take care of it.
