fist. O.k., I'll go through the action slowly for you. Start with your feet together hands

the fist to the palm. From here my right hand goes down my left hand follows it and my right
leg lifts. From here I stomp down and I bring my right palm on top of my left. I step out
to the right, my right palm hits, my left hand back fists. O.k., from here my left hand
drops, my left knee lifts, right hand follows it. O.k., a little bit faster. One, two, three.
