You end your practice, your yoga practice in prenatal yoga like all other styles of
yoga. So I'm going to have Emily lay here. It is not very comfortable to lay on the back
when you are pregnant for a long period of time. So I'm going to have her lay on her
left side. Head comes onto a pillow. Props are wonderful part as prenatal yoga making
sure the mommy (the soon to be mommy) is very very comfortable. Now with her laying on her
left side, head on a pillow so her neck is not stressed. Her knees are bent, you want
to have your arms as comfortable as can be. Arms does not matter what position they are
as long as you are lying comfortable. Lift up your knee put a bolster between your legs.
Is that good, is that perfect? Now it is that time that wonderful time to seal your practice
in a final relaxation. So allow your facial muscles to soften, make sure all tightness
and tension is released from your body. Allow your breath to go to a nice comfortable normal
flow. Let go of all repetitive thoughts of the day. It make a very precious time of the
day where you cna do absolutely nothing. Relax!
