Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make
this delicious creamy eggnog cheesecake. Our next step is to add the eggnog into our cream
cheese mixed with flour and sugar. Now you can always add it in from the top, or you
can be very adventurous and add it while it's still mixing. But I'm going to add it in with
the top removed, because I want to make sure to get that all in there before pulsing and
of course this is store bought eggnog, and you can use either regular or light, I chose
to use light just to cut back a little bit on the calories, I mean it's cheesecake, it's
not like it's going to help that much. But we want to pulse it, you just want to pulse
it a couple of times until it, until it's all mixed in nicely, and you'll probably have
to scrape down the bowl at least once in order to make sure that it's getting everything.
So you can go ahead and scrape it down before your final pulse.
