Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of
Expert Village I'm here to show you a chunky chicken cacciatore. Okay in this step we are
going to cut our celery and what we are going to do is kind of go along and make little
strips on the rib and we are going to use a couple of ribs for this. And we get our
ribs cut, we would bring them together. I'm going to switch knives and make some small
chops on our celery
and we would continue to slice the celery. Watch out for your fingers.
There we have our celery all nice and chopped and let's move on.
