>>Erik: So, your business, Myfootpath.com underwent three transitions over the course
of nearly ten years. What has been the consistent theme across those three transitions?
>>JT: I think the theme of helping people has always been consistent. What`s evolved
has been how we do that. When we started Myfootpath, my mother and I, the number one goal was that
we wanted to help people. That was it. So how are we going to do this? Along the way
we added another goal, which how are we going to make money doing it? But that concept of
helping people has always been the critical core. With each iteration, it`s kind of taking
a different approach. We started it one way, and we did help people. We just couldnÕt
make enough money at it to really sustain it. On the third revolution, we figured out
we`re good at helping people and what it`s really evolved into today, which I really
wish I`d been smart enough to think of it when we started, was that we want to help
people and the focus is people 15 to 45 and we want to help people figure out what`s next
in life, and we call it Find Your Footpath.
