My name is Bill Clement, and I'm known in the Philadelphia region for being a two-time
Stanley Cup champion with the Flyers. I speak professionally, I'm known for broadcasting
sports on the air, and being a former Stanley Cup champ. I have suffered twelve broken bones,
and I've had thirteen surgeries total. If you ask me about physical therapy, I pretty
well know my way around that subject.
Well I've gotten to know ATI really well, because I've rehabbed three different body
parts: my shoulder, and two knees with ATI. As a customer, I always want to feel my presence
is important. I think that's what every customer wants. From the time I walked in, to the person
who greeted me, to the time I walked out and met with the physical therapist and did my
exercises, I honestly felt I was the most important person, to each person I ran into
at ATI. That feeling of coming first, and feeling your presence is important as a customer,
I felt from the time I arrived, till the time I left, and I still feel that every time I
go.
Well as a pro athlete, the nature of the beast is trying to get back in the game as soon
as you can. Some things never change, even when you retire, you got an injury, the idea
is to get back in the game of life as quickly as you can. That's what ATI has really allowed
me to do. I think the thing about ATI, is not one experience, it's the overall. I felt
comfortable, I felt as if I were at home when I went to ATI. It's funny, I don't know how
to describe it other than walking in and thinking, 'This is where I'm suppose to be.' Every one
made me feel so comfortable, and every one knew exactly what they were doing. It's almost
like family, but it starts with the ATI attitude and the ATI caring that everybody has at every
ATI clinic for all of their patients.
If you have any issues, any issues that need rehabilitation, physically, any rehab, any
physical therapy required - I can't imagine anybody considering going anywhere but to
ATI. I can say that having been there, but all it will take is one experience, one visit
to an ATI clinic, the rest will take care of itself, because ATI will take care of it.
