Sweat Management - How To Deal With Excessive Sweating - Sweat Proof Undershirts - Antiperspirant
Hi! I'm Antonio Centeno, the founder of Real Men Real Style. Today, I'm going to be talking
about sweat management, what to do if you're a man and you sweat a lot.
If you haven't already, please subscribe to my YouTube channel. By doing that, these videos
will come right to you. In addition, if you like this, if you find it useful, I would
appreciate it if you would like it right down there. Last but not least -- actually, it's
not going to be the last thing, but if you want more information about men's style, I've
got two options for you. I've got my free e-book. It's 47 pages. You can grab it right
down there. In addition, if you want something more, I've got a 600-page e-book with a 14-hour
audio with 400 images. That's my premium e-book. It's not free, but the link to it is right
down there and you may find it is well worth it.
I get emails every single day of people telling me that they think it's awesome, that it's
a great purchase, that they've listened to all 14 hours of my audio and that they have
learned a lot, so it's up to you. I like to look at it as, hey, I save you money on one
purchase and it's going to more than pay for itself.
This is a question that came in, guys. "Antonio, recently I watched a video on black shirts
and it got me thinking about my own personal style. I'm a large fellow. I'm 275 pounds,
6'4" and I sweat a lot. I've tried various antiperspirants over the years and still use
some that have worked the best, but they still don't do a whole lot. Because of this, I've
resorted to just wearing black all the time. Black t-shirts and jeans are what I've worn
every day for the last several years and the reason is because of sweat. Yes, it makes
me hotter, which increases the amount of sweat slightly, but I just don't feel confident
wearing anything else. So my question is as a young man entering the professional world,
thus necessitating a working attire, what can I do? How can I stop the sweat? James."
Okay, James, I really feel for you. I just hate the thought of a guy out there who feels
trapped in a certain type of clothing because he knows it somewhat works, but he's like,
"There's got to be a better way than this." I'm not going to touch on the fact of his
size or his weight, that's a separate issue, but what could we do for James today?
What I'm going to recommend is you need to go over and check out my friend, Tug's website,
undershirtguy.com. He's got an entire section on sweat management. So in this video, I'm
not going to give you specific recommendations because they would become outdated very quickly,
and this is what I love about Tug's website and this entire section he has. He has dozens
and dozens and dozens of articles on undershirts that have hydro shields, undershirts that
are sweat-resistant, undershirts that are designed to wick away and distribute the sweat
on your body.
I don't know what the exact right solution for you is. I do know that if you go to the
undershirtguy.com -- and I'm going to link you to it right down here below -- Tug has
brought in some of I think best resources on the planet and you'll be able to go selectively
buy some of those undershirts. Some of them have guarantees, so that should work. In addition,
he also talks about antiperspirants such as SweatBlock. I don't know if you've tried this
one, but it supposedly works very well and could work for as long as seven days. That
sounds pretty scary, but for your severe case, this may be a solution.
I'm going to link to him down below. I think this is a great question. I'd love to hear
from any of you other guys out there. If you've got something to recommend, just put it right
down here in the YouTube comments. If you have something, your own question that has
to deal with something probably other than sweat, then you can go over to mensstyleqa.com.
That's my new website. I'm really happy about that website because the best answers and
questions are rising to the top and it's helping me decide what videos I should be creating.
So if you haven't checked it out, again, mensstyleqa.com. I'm going to link you to Tug's website, The
Undershirt Guy, great website. Again, his sweat management section is what you're looking
for.
I will see you guys in the next video. Bye-bye.
