Today I am sharing an easy , tasty and very special recipe for Ramadan Kareem “Chicken Spring Rolls”. Chicken Spring Rolls is a mouth watering Pakistani Snack recipe which is loved by kids and adults both. It is a scrumptious Pakistani Starter/Snack recipe with a crispy outer layer and, spicy and tender chicken and vegetable filling inside. It is an Ideal dish for Iftaar during Ramadan. Chicken Spring Rolls are always love as chicken at all times made dishes extraordinary so instead of making regular rolls try out these in this Ramadan. Giving it a try will be praiseworthy so do embark on it. It is a nice recipe for your Ramadan’s preparation. You can make and freeze these Chicken Spring Rolls and enjoy them the whole Ramadan. This is the superb recipe for your Iftaar parties. This recipe is not just for Ramadan but in routine menu it is also very good addition. Let’s learn how to make easy ,tasty and crispy chicken spring roll , a step by step recipe at home : Ingredients : Spring Roll Wrappers/Sheets : • All Purpose Flour 1 Cup • Corn Flour ¼ Cup • Salt ¼ Tsp • White Vinegar ¼ Tsp • Oil 1 Tbsp • Water As Required Chicken Spring Roll Stuffing : • Oil 1 Tbsp • Boiled & Shredded Chicken 1 Cup • Fine Chopped Carrot 1 Cup • Fine Chopped Cabbage 1 Cup • Fine Chopped Spring Onion 1 Cup • Fine Chopped Green Chili 2-3 • Black Pepper ½ Tsp • Salt To Taste • Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp • Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp Binding Paste : • All Purpose Flour 2 Tbsp • Water As Required Method : • In a bowl add all purpose flour , corn flour , salt , white vinegar , oil and mix all the ingredients well. Add little quantity of water to knead a soft dough. Knead the dough. Grease ,cover and keep the dough aside for half an hour to set. • After half an hour, the dough is set and ready. Knead and smooth the dough for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the smooth and soft dough is ready. Divide the dough in small portions then make small balls and give them a round shape.Pick up a dough ball. Take a little dry flour, dust the dough ball with it and roll it out in a round shape approx. in 2 inch diameter. Likewise roll out another dough ball. Spread a little oil over the disk on upper side, then sprinkle a little dry flour over it and spread it. Place the other disk over it and sticking the edges. Press them with hand and stick them. Lift and dust in dry flour and roll it out thin and big. • Heat the flat pan and , place the flatten bread on it , keep the flame very low. Cook 20 20 seconds from both sides , place it out on a board cut the edges and separate the wrappers carefully. Put a pan on medium flame , add and heat oil , add boiled and shredded chicken , sauté for 1-2 minutes. • Add fine chopped carrot , cabbage , spring onion , mix and cook for 2 minutes. • Add salt and pepper , soya and hot sauce and mix , add green chili , mix and cook for 1 minute. • Set aside and let it cool. • In a bowl add all purpose flour and water , mix well and make a smooth paste. • Take Spring Rolls sheet,add chicken stuffing in the center and roll into the shape of Spring Rolls and seal corners with binding paste • Similarly make other Chicken Spring Rolls • In wok,add oil and fry Chicken Spring Rolls until golden brown. • Tasty and delicious Chicken Spring Rolls are ready. • Happy Cooking……Be Foodie With Shaz Kitchen Chicken spring rolls Recipe. how to make Chicken spring rolls at home.
