Here are my tips on what I think makes a successful teacher. Know your students 1 on 1. Have a
personal report with them. For me I believe when a teacher really knows me by name knows
my personality knows my style of learning it's really helpful for me. Its really helpful
for me being in a classroom and I think its helpful for the teacher because I may not
be a good speaker but when you see my writing you know that I am alert and learning what
your giving me because it comes out in my writing. Vice versa I might not be a good
writer but you know in class i'm the first to raise my hand i'm interactive and im always
vocal and you can see that i'm learning what your giving out. So if you have that one on
one report. I think it makes it easier for both the student and the teacher. Like if
you didn't and you just come across a paper and this person you don't really they don't
they are not vocal in class you look at their paper and their not really grasping and you
know the material maybe if you knew that person you would know that I don't they just lost
a relative, or ummm their going through some emotional depressional state in their lives
and knowing that them one on one you can dig in and find out and be more lenient or helpful
to umm getting them back on track. So I think one on one relationships with the teacher
would be great!
