We have worked on the shoulder, or I should say the upper part of the shoulder, the neck
and the top of the head. Remember, you need to constantly, constantly, constantly think
about pushing through that sponge until you hit the counter top and then actively think
about pushing your intent and key into the area of pain. So what we are going to do is
we are going to create a scenario where Erick has dislocated his shoulder at some point
and he is having problems regaining full motion of the shoulder. So the primary targets that
we are going to look at are, this is the chest muscle, this is the shoulder, you are going
to move about half way up the distance to where you are actually underneath the chest
muscle itself, okay and in regards to that, you are also going to find there is one point
right on the top and as you can see his reaction is telling me I am on top of it. So release
the side muscle and simply pass into the chest muscle. Now, your other hand, you are going
to try and get that shoulder just to relax as much as it can and it is going to be hard
to do because the chest is trying to protect it. Use the other hand just to move the neck
out of the way and to create a bit of stretch through that area and you are just going to
let it relax and there it went and you should have been able to see that on camera. Getting
a shoulder to relax after an injury or just trying to get a tight shoulder to relax period.
