Listener asks, 'What was your happiest moment recently?'
Probably now. Promoting, and being on a radio show with sunbae-nim.
Doing music activities. Fans are looking forward to it, and I am too.
I don't feel it's tiring. Rather it's exciting to open my eyes every morning.
That's fortunate.
Time went by so fast. We need a music break.
You have a few minutes. You probably have a tight schedule.
Let's listen to Can't Stop. It's the album's title track. We'll continue after this song.
I'm This Beautiful Morning's Kim Chang Won. Today's guest is CNBLUE's Jung Yonghwa.
We've invited Yonghwa here.
If I say this, is it a little awkward?
I feel awkward.
Listener, 'Seeing the pleasant atmosphere, I want the two of you to perform a song together.'
Probably saw the guitar earlier.
'Saw Chang-won and Yonghwa playing the guitar during commercial break. Please play during the show.'
I saw it eariler, I don't know who, someone wants you as her son-in-law.
Me?
'I really like Yonghwa's sincere look in his eyes. I have a daughter...'
She has a daughter. She wants you as her son-in-law.
When older people look at young people's world. The Japanese person said this,
The older generation looks at the younger generation with mistrustful eyes. It is almost a habit.
But young people can look at older people's lives and say, 'Why do they live like this?' Is it like this?
How to say this. It's different for everyone.
For me, when there are things I need to do for work, I don't hold back.
My parents will worry. You should do this. Don't do this in this situation.
But I think I'm living a very good life. So I will say to my parents, I'm doing fine.
If you get something once, you get greedier and want more.
For me, situations like this are not often...
Yonghwa's thinking is...from a young person's perspective,
That older people's thinking has a bias? Think like that?
It's more like a lack of greed.
Lack of greed?
For everything, you need to be greedy to want more. If not, your life in will be hard. People say that.
Older people.
My parents will say stuff like this. But I don't think this way.
In the most recent album, the song 'Like a Child'.
The thinking for the song was, to go back to childhood.
When I think of childhood, even though I have my own worries, if I'm seen as an adult,
Not anything else, the times of happily playing and being mischievous.
The things learned and experienced in society can actually be poisonous.
If we can be like a child, and everyone can see the world with innocence.
Wouldn't everyone be happy?
I have these thoughts. So I wrote the song 'Like a Child'.
Jung Yonghwa is such a deep youth.
Did I say it over ? It might be a little much.
I wanted to say these thoughts on sunbae-nim's radio show.
I really wanted to discuss things with sunbae-nim.
I thought about the kinds of discussions we would have besides music.
I really wanted to come here this time. It's really good. Very happy.
There aren't many places that I can talk about these things.
The people who are idols, not only your busy schedules, your worries.
The fans and the general public doesn't really know about those kinds of things.
You write a song. Did I do this right or wrong? Are my ideas too juvenile? Is it too much?
Do you have these kinds of thoughts?
Yes, I do.
If I'm sad about something, I don't want to show it in front of the fans and the public.
But it's nice to be able to put those kinds of feelings into music.
I think that is being an artist.
You move around on stage a lot. Do you ever forget the lyrics when you sing?
It happens a lot.
Do you forget the lyrics to this song and then that song?
If there are easily mistaken lyrics, I would keep thinking about those lyrics, but then I would make a mistake on another part.
Sometimes if I'm immersed in the moment, I will unconsciously change the lyrics.
It's my own composition anyway, so I'm writing lyrics as I sing.
Very fitting change in the lyrics.
Do the fans really take notice when they hear you sing the wrong lyrics?
