What am I going to do? I'm working so very hard and I seem to be a bit poorer at the
end of every month. Do you have some kind of magic that would help me make ends meet?
Well, I am doing something that I never thought I'd be doing. It's something that's been around
forever - it saves me serious money on all kind of things and it's tax-free!!
What? You mean there’s money to be had that the government doesn’t get a piece of? How
could that be? So what do you mean by "tax-free"??
For every dollar I earn at my job, Uncle Sam takes about 25 cents. Right? So if I can save
$1,000 on the things I buy, I’ve saved not only the $1,000 in purchases but I’ve also
saved about $340 of taxes the government would have taken from my paycheck to leave me with
the $1,000 to spend. Does that make sense?
So, by saving money also you also save the taxes that would have been taken out of your
paycheck, in the first place. I see what you mean. I’d never thought about saving taxes
that way. And I am so very excited about the idea of an extra $1,340 in my pocket. That
would be so wonderful. But wait, how are you saving on the things you're buying? I mean
does it take a lot of time? Is it complicated? Do you get the things you really want or settle
for left overs?
It's so quick and easy you'll be amazed. You buy what you want and save as much as 60%
off retail. It’s such a great way to improve your life everybody should be doing it. You
see, retailers and manufacturers need to make offers so people will buy their goods. But
since the internet has made the yellow pages and the newspapers pretty much obsolete; companies
have had to find other ways to let people know. And this is where it gets really fun.
Instead of spending money on advertising, now they can pass those savings on to us.
OK, so instead of expensive ads they can discount their products’ prices. I get that. But
they still have to let consumers know about the savings. Don’t they? How do they do
that?
One of the rules in marketing is “Keep it Simple, Sweetheart”. That means don’t
invent something that no one understands. Use something that’s familiar so people
can start using it right away. In this case, coupons, a tried and true way to offer discounts
that everyone understands.
Oh, you must be kidding! I don't have time to go looking all over for coupons and clipping
them out. Besides, I seem to lose them or they expire before I can use them.
I used to feel just like that. But times have changed. I found a site that makes it so quick
and easy. It even has a site search engine so I can find what I’m looking for quickly.
Oh, please tell me that in this electronic age you’re not talking about cutting out
paper coupons. I like the idea of saving money but my time is valuable as well.
A lot of the coupons are actually coupon codes or promotional codes that you use online or
at the store, paperlessly. The others you can print on your computer printer at home.
And very soon this site is going to be offering a concierge service will let me tell them
what I'm interested in and they‘ll send the coupons or codes to my smart phone!
Oh, my, now that does sound quite interesting. Instead of my having to rummage around looking
for coupons, this site will automatically send the ones I want to my phone? Wonderful!
But, just to be clear, are you talking about saving a nickel off a Betty Crocker cake mix?
If so, I’m probably not interested.
Well, they do have grocery coupons. But coupons now apply to the whole world of retail. How
would you like to save 65% on your next travel adventure?? Or 30-60% off everything from
clothing to appliances; from home improvement to jewelry; from health and fitness to pet
products and from beauty products to electronics.
Well, I honestly never thought of coupon for all those things. And it’s working for you?
I mean, are you really saving money?
I am saving amazing money but it's even better than that. I'm learning so much about handling
my money. This site has all kinds of articles and even free e-books to help me.
So, saving money and free information to help me be a smarter consumer, too! This is very
interesting and it sounds like something I should tell my friends and family about.
The really surprising thing is that the site wants my input, too! They’re actually building
a community of passionate shoppers whose suggestions and ideas will help us all!
Not like a blog that hopes others will share something, this site will actually take a
contribution about saving money, be it coupons or not, and actually create a webpage with
it.
I’ve never heard of anything like that! I really must visit this site right away.
Oh, and I will certainly want all my friends to join me in this tax-free revolution community.
Great! Just go to Great-Coupons-Quick-and-Easy.com. I’ll see you there! And do tell your friends
and family! And HAPPY SAVINGS!
