beggin by shifting yourself forward in the chair firmly planting your feet
on the ground and placing your hands on your upper legs
draw your chin to your chest but the head hanging heavy in breathe into the back
of the neck for 10 breaths
then role the right hear to the right shoulder
route down through the left shoulder and read into the left side of the neck
stay here if that's enough or place your right hand gently on the side of the
head
and draw the ear further down to the shoulder take 10 breaths here
and repeat on the other side once you've completed your last breath
bring your hand back down to your leg draw your chin to your chest
and float the head to center hell your shoulders up in back
10-time head forward and down ten times
Come back to center and sit up tall

The second posture is a cat count mouvement in the spine beggin by sliding to the knees extending the harms
