if you coat them with sugar then they become more tasty.
ingredients required for meethi kheel :
kheel - 4 cup

to prepare this recipe first we need to make chashni out of sugar.
put 2 cups of sugar in a pan.
add 3/4 cup of water to it.
turn on the gas and cook till sugar is dissolved.
allow chashni to cook for 2 minutes till it turns thick and a bit sticky.
now check the texture of the chashni.
put one drop of chashni in a bowl.
and after it cools off place it on your finger.
now try to stick the drop between your thumb and index finger.
while separating the fingers a thread looking subsatnce should come out of chashni.
if you do not get the desired result cook chashni for another 2 minutes.
put kheel in a big metal bowl for coating as hot chashni has to be poured over it.
chashni is ready and now we can coat kheel.
pour chashni over kheel a little at a time while you stir the latter regularly.
