This is Rachel with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about
what you can do for stomach pain and what is it? Well if you have stomach pain there
might be different reasons that you do have stomach pain and so everyones different so
not every recommendation that I'll give will apply to you. One thing that I suggest that
you do first is focus on where your mind's at. Because the mind and the intestinal tract
are cisternal organs so they think and they act together throughout the day and night.
So if you do have stomach pain, maybe you're nervous, maybe you're upset or something else
affecting your mental health, stressed. So first focus on that since that might be the
very easiest and most important thing you can do. If that doesn't resolve the problem,
there may be other things going on. A couple nutrients that I definitely recommend trying
immediately that are very, very safe and helpful are things like your probiotics, your glutamine,
it's a great nutrient for the intestinal system. And another supplement called GI Revive that
I like that has some others nutrients like zinc, and some licorice fruit and other herbs
