All right, now we're going to go ahead, and make our rice, so we're going to turn on our
front burner, to about six, and then we're going to put in about a tablespoon of oil,
and we're going to move that around, so it coats the bottom of the pan. I'm going to
measure out a cup of rice, and I always like to pour whatever I'm measuring out into, or
over what I'm doing, so if anything spills, like this is doing. Then, it's going straight
into what we're going to put it in, anyway, so we put one cup of rice, and you generally
want to do, a two to one, rice to liquid ratio. We still have some rice in here, so we're
going to go ahead, and measure out two cups of water, like that. Normally, we would be
adding garlic or salt and pepper, some sort of spices, but what we really want, is for
this rice to be plain, because we're going to be adding a lot of seasonings, cottage
cheese, and eggs, later on, so what we're going to do, is we're going to take this rice,
stir it up, and we're going to bring it to a boil, and then, once it does come to a boil,
we're going to put our lid on, turn our heat down. We're going to let it cook for about
fifteen minutes, or until all the liquid has absorbed.
