So this next pattern is basically going to take very basic shuffle pattern and we are
going to make a slight modification at the very end of it to change it around a little
and it will really change the feel of it quite a bit. This is the pattern. So all I am really
doing is in the second half of the beat we are leaving a little open space where just
the hi hat plays and then separating the unison figure between bass and snare and that is really just all we need to change
the pattern around a little bit and then within a song, within a musical context it will be
more than enough difference to make it sound and feel a lot different. What you want to
be conscious of is not letting, in this case we are playing shuffle on the high hat and
you don't want to let it throw that off at all.
