>> Jenna: Hey guys, I was just looking at our Facebook page and I came across a great
question from Christy. She wanted to know, "So I heard that theres a new restaurant in
PCV called Tacos-To-Go, what makes it so unique?" Well Christy thats a great question, why don't
we go find out?
Hi Chef Dunham~
>> Chef Dunham: Hi Jenna how are you?
>> Jenna: Great! I have a question from a student who wants to know, what makes the
new Tacos-To-Go so unique
>> Chef Dunham: What makes it so unique is our ingredients and spices that we use on
a daily basis. Today I'm making chili verde, I have some pork and these are the ingredients
that go into the chili verde: garlic, jalapeƱo, onion, cilantro, lime juice and cumin. And
we mix all this together and we braise it for two and a half, three hours till its pork
tender
>> Jenna: Wow, and then what about the salsas? Do you use any special ones for it
>> Chef Dunham: Ya, we have five salsas in the bar but today I brought a habanero salsa
and then we have our tortillas right here, that we make fresh daily at Tacos-To-Go Grill,
and we make them to order. And if you don't mind I'll make you a chile verde taco which
is my favorite.
>> Jenna: That would be awesome!
>> Chef Dunham: So we'll take a little bit of the chile verde,
a little bit of jack cheese, a little bit of the cabbage,
and some of the habanero salsa
>> Jenna: Wow, that looks amazing. Thank you so much for answering my questions about that.
