Whats up guys.
One of the things that Panasonic HC-X1 and Panasonic AG-UX180 users don't realize is
that they are using the EXACT same camera.
Finkle is Einhorne.
The build, the settings, the menus, the camera features, the colors,.
EVERYTHING except 1 little output is exactly the same.
So let's talk how both cameras being the same is both useful and annoying at the same time.
The ONE honey I shrunk the kids size difference between the cameras is the 180 has an HD SDI
output and if you don't know what that is, you don't need it "I don't need it"
So why am I telling you about this.
Because for new users especially it can be super annoying that Panasonic made 2 of the
same camera with different names.
There is barely any information about the HC-X1 online on Youtube on Google or anywhere,
even on Panasonic's web page.
The UX180 has so much more including a 269 page guide book and video tutorials.
This is actually good news for HC-X1 owners because now that you know that the cameras
are the same , you can find info for either cameras and use them for your benefit.
Guides, tutorials camera settings and videos like mine are interchangeable for users of
the AG-UX180 and the Panasonic HC-X1.
Hopefully this video helped with the confusion caused by the annoying Panasonic Video Camera
market.
It sucks that you have to do 2 different searches to find all the info you need but you've got
to do it to master the camera.
Thanks for watching.
In the next video we will talk specifics about what kind of info is out there. If you own
the Panasonic HC-X1 or AG-UX180 leave a comment.
