Ok. Here's how you put together a Wisbo Connection
This is called a Drop L and will be used for the top of the shower
We put these little expander rings around the edge of the tube
This helps keeps the pipe's memory
Then we use this Pex expander tool
Put it on and crank it and the pipe begins to expand the inside of the tubing
Turn it just a little bit so you don't create any grooves. Expand it again
You want to do it, I think it's like 5 or 6 times for the 1/2" diameter
or 7 to 9 times for the 3/4" diameter.
So once you have it all the way on the coupler, and it's all the way expanded, wait just a second.
pop the tool off and put your fitting on all the way to the end.
Then just wait a while for it to regain it's memory and shrinks back to the fitting
That's probably ready, so we'll go ahead and cut for the next fitting.
So next we're going to put on a 90 degree bend
that will do down to the water supply and the faucet
Put the ring on
Do the same thing
You have to remember the angle you want this thing on.
However you can actually twist these one it has shrunk down without damaging the seal.
So that's how you cut and install a wirsbo fitting
