Hi, my name is Kira
I am just an ordinary student from Kyiv. My mother is Ukrainian, my father is Russian
My grandmother lives in Tashkent. Although i'm ukrainian i speak russian
but most of my friends speak Ukrainian. Never in my life I felt
oppressed or misunderstood because of it. We all speak different languages
and we are of different origins. But we're still remaining one solid nation
We should do support and respect each other .
I've traveled the world I've seen lots of interesting places. I've met many interesting people
but I always come back because I'm Ukrainian
and I'm against the war.
It doesn't matter where you live. What matters
is how you feel about your country. How you express your love to it, everyday
every moment and especially right now. My name is Olya. I am from western Ukraine.
I have friends all over Ukraine. I have actually
relatives in Russia. All the Ukrainians are bilingual since childhood.
Though you see that we have strong connections with Russia. But we deserve
But we deserve to be independent.Independent without war
let us decide what to do
I am Ukrainian and I'm against the war.
My name is Ismet. I'm from Yevpatoria
western Crimea. I'm a Crimean Tatar. The reason we're shooting this video is the fact that
you may get the wrong information about what's happening in Crimea lately
from your TV screens. As a person who has lived there for sixteen years
I'd like to say that there is no ethnic/cultural or racial division in Crimea.
Speaking Russian is not a crime in Crimea. Me, myself
have never been accused of that
We are all brothers and sisters, and we'are against the war.
Hello, I'm Ky from Kyiv. All my friends here are Ukrainians
Russians
and it doesn't matter where they are from. Because there's no such thing as racial prejudice here
and
I'm proud to be Ukrainian and I'm against the war
Hi, I'm Alisa and I'm from little town Severodonetsk
in the very east of my country, that's near Russia.
My family's village speaks Ukrainian and my friends speak Russian
but it doesn't matter really. All I want is my family to be safe
I live in Kyiv now and can't see them and I'm really, really worried
All I want is to live in peace in my own country. I'm Ukrainian and I'm against the war
