Hi, I'm Karina Fraley for Expert Village and we are making Thanksgiving Day projects. Next
we are going to make a very adorable little Pilgrim placeholder. And this is actually
made out of a paper towel roll. It's a fun little project and you can make it out of
pretty much, any little scraps that you have laying around the house, of fabric and some
paint. So the supplies that you are going to need are again, a paper towel roll which
you are going to want to cut down to size, whatever size you want your placemat, or placeholder
to be, little pieces of fabric, again, just little scraps are fine. You're going to need
some brown for the shirts and the hat and just a little piece of felt. Again, felt is
one of my favorites. And then some white for the collar. Some white felt, and then some
black. I actually have a little piece of black cotton so you can use black cotton for the
little hat strip. You're going to need some paint, whatever colors you want to use. I
went ahead and just kept it very simple with brown, black and white. And basically, I'm
going to mix the skin tone with that and then a little pompom for the nose, some paintbrushes,
some scissors, hot glue, or regular glue, some tape and a surface to work on. Sometimes
you need to protect your surface. And that's all you need to make this very adorable little
doll. So, we'll see you next clip.
