Why worry? Think about the thing that you worry about most in life, whether it is lack
of employment, money or love. Think about it for a second. If you look at this closely,
how is the problem attached to you right now? All that connects you to the problem is in
your mind. It doens't exist. This doesn't mean however that you don't have to deal with
the proble, of course you do, but worrying about the problem doesn't make it go away
and it most certainly does not solve anything. When we worry, we actually hamper our mind
in a miserable state, ruling out any possible solutions we might come up with. Worrying
is completely unneccesary and makes you feel miserable and often at times anxious. Don't
succumb to the demon of worries. Instead of worrying, meditate on the problem for fifteen
minutes and stand up valiantly to try and figure out a solution. Go you!
