jbjb The XX is there are two types of management style. One is that people are bad, people
are lazy, people are not motivated. You have to lead your people through regulation, through
force, sometimes sticks, sometimes carrots, that kind of thing. The organization is important
to achieve company objectives. Without that, you cannot survive. The type-Y type of management
is that people is people. And people are basically good. People are basically good. People basically
want to contribute and a good manager has to be able to find an environment so that
he can contribute. This is X and Y. And how do you place yourself in that continuum? Where
would you be? Well, I'm Z-type. Yes. Another manager type is Z-types. At least I recognize
that. Or I try to be a Z type manager. I mean, you have to ask people that have worked with
me. And what is a Z type? What does that A Z type is that people are people. People are
different. You have to treat people as a whole person. You cannot just say I'm talking about
your strong point and now forget about your weak point because they are all together.
And people are not perfectable but improvable. You have to see people as always in the process
